Looks fine right now. A video would help. The key is you want it to gently flow back & forth but you do not want its tentacles to droop. How long have you had it.

Looks pretty healthy. Torches usually like more par than the average coral so make sure to either gradually move it higher in the tank or make sure you are getting enough light on the coral. Do you know what light you have. For example if you have zoas they usually want to be between 50-150 par while torches usually like 150+ par. You just have to gradually acclimate them to higher light levels.

I have an AI prime 16 HD, I actually just posted a thread yesterday about my car because my tank is a shallow reef with a 1 inch sand about 7 inches high in the mountain is about 9 1/2 inches over the tank so typically most sandbags don’t get as much but mine does

I have an AI Prime 16 as well. What are your settings on your prime. Just to understand you are saying the light is 9 and 1/2 inch above. The water level is 7 inches high?

That looks very low but I do not know what the high points are. Par depends on a lot of different things like if the coral is centered directly under the light or if its off to the side. 7 inches deep is pretty low as well for an AI Prime 16HD light.
Now you do want to slowly acclimate the coral to higher light over a 20-30 day period. You can easily kill a coral by changing the light to quickly. For reference 60% UV & V and 80% Royal Blue & Blue is around 70‑110 PAR 7 inches below the water (approximately).
To reach ~150 PAR at 16.5”: (9.5 Inches above water + 7 inches under the water)
To boost to 150 PAR (from ~90), you need ~65–70% more light output.
From Ten inches above the water at 100% on all channels (including red's & greens which you usually do not want):

No no over 20-30 days. I would try and do acclimation mode on AI or whatever your top level (lets say it is 60% for UV and you want to go to 80% increase it by 1% per day. If its 60% Blue to 100% blue go by 2% per day. Some people make changes over 45 days as well and there is an acclimation mode built into myAI app as well.

I definitely am a bit more aggressive, but there's nothing wrong with slow, acclimating schedules to raise lights.
I'd probably overall raise 5% initially and just observe for a day or two, and do it again after that.
Flow wise its okay, but it could also handle a little more flow if you wanted.
Video is dark (maybe due to the lighting schedule), its hard to see what sort of flesh band the torch has.

So I have some Zoe‘s and mushrooms coming in the mail today. Where should I place them in the tank with these par estimates also keeping in mind that the power is going to go up

All very flexible items... But placement help would need a full tank shot to see what we're working with.
My shrooms are low, and my zoas are medium in my tank.

Zoas anywhere I'd think, and shrooms can be on the sand or on the rocks.
I'd be careful with that glass cleaner. I use it, but I spray in the garage, way away from the tank.

I have a separate thread for the lighting it’s a Brs ab+ with saxbys schedule mixed in.

aerosols and reef tanks don't mix. Maybe overly paranoid, but its not worth it.
