Doesn’t look at order when shipping??

So this order was SPECIFICALLY marked for Monday-Friday delivery and was to be shipped on Tuesday.

Yet here I finally get my tracking number and it’s gonna be delivered on Saturday. Why is it a problem on every order with you and especially when Monday - Friday only box is checked and I’m in FL....

This is a business and I made sure to have it delivered there instead of my home on the weekend to ensure I get the package and now it’s not gonna be delivered and everything will die since the office is closed on Saturday.
And don’t blame it on the nonexistent winter weather in Florida .

Cmon man. Seriously?

Yes I did. Guess I’ll have to see when it arrives, if Friday then all good, if not, then I’ll reach back out.

They attempted to deliver the package today, but the mailbox was full. Do you have a parcel locker where you get mail?

it wasn’t full as the receptionist gave me the key to get the mail. Typically they will walk up the stairs, about 10 of them, and give the packs to the receptionist of which they did not. Was a new person because the usually mail lady does her job properly.

Regardless this all would have been avoided has the package gone out on Tuesday as per your email instead on Thursday and now it’s gonna be Monday until they try delivery.Every order has always been a disaster even when I lived a few miles from you in PSL

Im not gonna go through a bunch of stinky dead snails on Monday for you to refund only the losses. At this point I demand a full refund and I’ll take my business elsewhere... It isn’t my fault it was shipped a day later than than the date you said it would be shipped.

Sometimes what can happen at commercial addresses and apartments is the lockers are taken by other tenants who haven’t collected their mail, so they don’t deliver to the locker because they can’t have shared mail. Sometimes it is available for pickup the same day, otherwise it will be available for pickup tomorrow.

Oh sorry I must have been typing that as you replied. You can pick them up still tomorrow if they do not come back today. I couldn't find any other order in your order history that had an issue. If you can forward me any issues we did not take care of or that you had I would appreciate it. I understand and will remove your account. Unfortunately at this time we do not issue refunds for abandoned packages. You would have to have losses for a refund.

So I decided to entertain picking it up at the post office and of course it’s not available to pick up and will be attempted for delivery Monday. I will refuse delivery and again I want a refund.

I apologize there was something with the receptionist key and the mail handoff. The post office closes soon. Please pick it up. Because this is a public dispute we have to hold to our terms. Otherwise anyone could abandon a package and we would refund it. We do not do that. In the future if you will have to abandon a package for any reason we need to know prior to shipping so we can cancel the order. If you have any losses though when you get the package we will refund them.
