Dos and ddr

Bought off a local and one of the pumps on the dos is stuck on. Called Neptune and they said send it in. Don't really need it.Includes power supply and aquabus cable. 325 obo incl paypal and shipping fees.

they did not say. they did say however that there was no need to send in the ddr. I did the screen share with neptune support yesterday
