My DOS was splashed with some water and then continued to add Alk until I unplugged it. I have turned it off on Fusion and it stills keeps adding Alk. Any ideas on how to fix? Leaving it unplugged for now. Thanks

Let's hope it works right when your DOS dries out

Have you tried using a hair dryer on medium temp to dry out all the connections?

I would take it apart and clean the board with RODI water then let it air dry before plugging it back in. Definitely water where there shouldn't be any and if left the salt will eventually corrode the board.

If you got the plugs or board wet then you may have more success cleaning it with Isopropyl Alcohol rather than RODI. Do a search for this, there are good threads out there talking about this technique.

Thanks for the advice. I cleaned off the board and it stopped continuously feeding the system but now it will work manually when i push the button, but will not work from fusion. I have an extra slot on my other DOS when I use to run NOPOx but thats been off since I got my algae scrubber.
