Dose Bacto Balance All at Once?

Should NP Bacto Balance be dosed all at a time, e.g. 6ml at lights on?
Or is it better to split it up, e.g. 3ml at lights on then 3ml a bit later?
Or does it matter? What is best?

Like any organic carbon dosing, I'd dose it mostly during the early to mid parts of the light cycle to better deal with depleting O2 as it is metabolized..

Thanks, so my 6ml would be better to split up, as long as it's during the light cycle?
I guess my question is regarding effectiveness of maintaining nutrients.

I don’t think there is any data on if or when dose timing matters in relation to nutrient reduction. I spread out vinegar dosing over the day, heavy in the late AM.
