Dosing Amino Acids?

I've been thinking about getting either brightwells amino acids or Red Sea reef energy. Anyone have SPS and use either of these? I use alot of Red Sea products and have been very happy so far. If anyone has any growth pics of before and after dosing over a few months id love to see them. I feed my corals reef chili about once a week but I haven't seen much growth for a while and I keep my parameters very stable. Are amino acids worth a shot?

I use red sea reef energy a and b switched from zeovit and couldn't be happier would recommend
