Dosing help !

Hey guys real quick question. How long between dosing alk and calcium is the ideal time? I know it's not supposed to be together so what's the best time in between ? Also I have had an alk problem and I have slowly brought it back up but I can see only 1 of my SPS become affected badly by it. Is there anything I should do? It's at about 8.5 now so I will stabilize this level and not increase anymore really. Thanks everyone

I was dosing Ca, Alk,(soda ash) and Kalk(fully saturated) 24/7 @ 20 minute intervals, in a high flow area, without a problem.

I haven't finished setting up my dosing yet, but I planned on doing Ca during the day and Alk at nite- to help smooth out the low pH swing at occurs at nite...
I have seen APEX programs which control the time of day for Ca and Alk dosing and I plan on copying one of those...

IMO time is dependant on amount dosed.
My dosers dose 1ml an hour each at the same time 1 drop every 3 minutes

I think I raised the alk a little to fast and my PH might have went out of wack because only one of my SPS, just one branch looks like it's been burned (bleached). What should I do? I'm starting to stable out my levels no more increasing. Will the PH take care of itself? I don't want to loose all my stuff :(

I dose 20 mins apart from each other in my return pump chamber and have never had a problem. As far as your sps just keep everything stable and keep an eye on it. I'm definitely not an expert but if it were me I would cut that branch off that bleached if the tissue keeps dying
