Dosing KNO3 and KPO4

Great read. I started dosing nitrate and the phosphate is now undetectable. Is it ok to dose trisodium phosphate since I already have it?

Yes, if it is adequately pure, that is a fine choice. :)

Why not feed the system directly utilizing natural forms such as urea and fish bone meal?

Or better yet, naturally decomposing macroalgaes (tea type or extract)

What do you perceive the advantage of urea is over nitrate?
