Dosing Lanthanum Chloride

I was wondering if this would work. I have an ATO and 20 gallon top off tank.The main tank and sump are 119 gallons. I was thinking of putting some po4 Rx into the 20 gallon top off tank so it would go in at a more even rate. Any advice?

I used phos rx several times now . I say go real slow and low dosage and test regularly. Real easy to over dose and bottom out . Then comes the Dino’s

That said , I think it’s more controlled when directly into tank and test

I believe slief has a pretty good video on how he doses LC using a IV bag I think and a filter sock. The recommendation above with phos rx and even standard LC should be heeded. Go slow and use a sock. Also have a good operational skimmer.
