Howdy,

Is there any way to tell Profilux 4 doser setup that I wish dosing channels 2 & 3 to use the same dosing schedule as channel1?
I'm using Balling Method, so If I increase Channel 1 by 5ml, I wish channel 2 & 3 to mirror the change and not have to modify all 3 individually.

Also, is there anyway to pause dosing if I wish to - for example pause for 2 days (48 hours), if I wish to let Alk drop?

Regards
Graham.

Yes on both

Create your schedule in pump 1. active after schedule Create the days it should be active (in my ex Dosing head 19 Red markings

Create a "virtual switch" with an unused switch channel - in my example switch 32 Blue markings

Create the dosing pumps you should use as "slaves" - in my example 20 and 21. Chose "pumps react to switch channel - index 32

If you want to stop for some days - just uncheck those days in the daymode - yellow marking.

But you should not dose all of those the same time at the same place. If you can´t place the outlets in different places - you need to do a delay to each of the dosing pumps 20 and 21. Programming language G24 and G25 in my example. Make a delay of the first with the time it takes for pump 19 to dose + some minutes. In my case I chose 5 minutes (300 sec). The second PL should have a delay of the double of this - in my example 600 sec (10 minutes). Create two "virtual" switches - in my example 32 and 33. Let pump 2 (in my case pump 20) answer to S32 and pump 3 (in my case Pump 212) answer to S33

NOTE - I have not test this set up - do a proper test before you run it sharp

Hi,

Be careful though, note that "slave"pumps will use the calibration of "master" pump and not their own calibration.
This only works if the pumps have the same flow rate.

That's right but I think that you can check the "offset" through studying the charts. I think that the right dosed volume based on time (decide by "master") and the individual calibrations decided by the slaves will be noted in the charts.
