Dosing nutrients daily in fresh salt water

I’m using a versa to dose 225 ml of saltwater a day to make up for what I lose through filter socks, testing, salt creep etc.

I’ve been dosing sodium phosphate and sodium nitrate by hand daily.

Any reason I can’t add the sodium phosphate and nitrate to the fresh saltwater and let the versa do the work?

Great question and following… I was thinking the reverse and pondering if adding small amount lanthium prophylactic to fw top off would be feasible… or doing any dosing to a set amount of top off water for that matter

I add 12ml every other day of red sea ab+ because we have to keep it in the fridge so adding it to my top off water seems to be working ok
