Filefish laying down

Hi all. Sorry have not posted an introduction yet but I have a rather urgent issue.

Matted filefish, 2 weeks in qt, been in display for a month. I just noticed he didn't come out for feeding. Usually eats like a pig. laying down breathing heavy.

I understand filefish act weird but is this something I should be concerned about? Never seen this behavior before from this fish.

Only changes I made in this tank was to add a Pally colony from another tank which looks like someone been eating. Ingestion?

Ant thoughts are appreciated

My filefish would poke his nose in a corner for hours, close to lying down flat.
Normal behavior for him.

The little guy has put a hurting on my aptasia out break:)
