I am dosing 40 ml of AFR in my reefer 250. Yesterday morning my ca was 380 and kh was 7.0. Today night (1 hour left for lights to go off) my ca is at 350 and kh is at 8.0.
I have the 40 ml divided on 6 smaller doses throughout the day.
My question is would it be better if I divide it on a smaller number of doses (ex 3) or do I dose it all at once at the morning?

Just to be clear you mean smaller like:
10ml 4x a day.
OR
5 ml 8x a day.
( both cases will end up with 40 ml total)
Smaller is better, within the limit of accuracy of your dosing equipment.

If your doser struggles to dose 5 ml accurately you are better off going bigger than that or you'll have difficulty setting a dose.

Do some accuracy tests into graduated cylinder or measure a dosed amount using a syringe.

I use the kamoer x1 and it’s calibrated properly so that shouldn’t be a problem.
Thank you!
