along w my 220, 90, and 10 gal. I have recently bought a 13.5 gal Fluval Nano tank. I am currently housing two Carmel misbar clowns, black clown goby, and a blue barred dottyback. I have heard speculation about adding jawfish with a dottyback. The dottyback is very active but not aggressive. I was looking into getting a pearly jawfish. Any opinions, just want to make sure I’m making a smart move!

I don't think I'd try a jawfish with a dottyback in a tank that size. Dottys tend to be very aggressive toward fish added after them, and jawfish - despite their impressive oral appearance - tend to be pretty shy and laid-back.

In a 13.5 gallon, that's just not going to be a winning combination.
