Testing alk twice a day seems a bit excessive, don't ya think?

Well so is dosing all these color programs when we can just do water changes especially in a new system like mine .
And I can't afford a KH guardian , so I serve as the KH guardian now for my tank .
In fact , with so much simplicity now , I am thinking of doing ALK testing thrice a day :D

People have many OCDs with reef .. mine is with my Hanna alk checker

For those of us with $$$$$$ in Acropora testing alkalinity once a day is cheap insurance.
