Long time customer here. Just wanted to say thank you Dr Reef!
They've delivered constantly for me over the years.
Shipping livestock alone is tough duty - shipping clean, healthy, and food acclimated livestock - that's another level.
My experience has been overwhelmingly positive in terms of getting them here happily, and eating well in very short order. The've also been very proactive to ensure shipments don't get caught in storms, communicate very well to ensure I'm ready when the fish are, and always make it right if something doesn't go perfectly. They're also always glad to help me make a good decision, and avoid bad decisions, on additions - especially valuable when I'm interested in something I do not have experience with.
And most importantly I've had ZERO outbreaks in my tanks.
They have some amazing fish, too.
