I came home to a sick looking fish. He is just moving around at the bottom within a 6 inch distance. It doesn't look like he's going to make it does anyone have any ideas how to save him. All my other fish are doing 100% fine. Just looks like he's not going to make it.

How long have you had him? What size tank? Do you qt?

Had him for 4 months. It's a 30 and I do have a qt

He looks pretty emaciated. Is he eating the feeds you offer? If so then maybe an internal parasite? Possibly residual injury from a jumping accident.

Definitely not getting enough to eat. Whether due to parasite or diet. I hope you can get him and treat him with some prazipro before he perishes. Poor little guy.

What exactly is he? Dragon gobies are actually brackish animals. Sorry, hate common names. Just curious.

Never mind, I found him. Sleeper goby (Amblygobius phalaena).

This is Amblygobius phalaena. A fully marine sand-sifting goby that also eats hair algae. They are more commonly called bullet gobies, but dragon goby is still sometimes used as a common name.
