Hi everyone, please introduce me, I'm Irsan from indonesia, to be exact I lived in Jakarta the capital city.

After 2 months the aquarium guy came to build the main tank, it's a optic clear front, with normal glass on the other three sides (all used 19mm glass).

Glass was arrived early at 09.00am...... I'm so excited and it's feels like chrismast already.... (with comparison the front being normal glass and the rear being optic clear glass, can you spot the difference?)

As for the front face panel, I go for minimalist and modern looks, build from lacquered wood, and high pressure laminating for a smooth finish.
Also this design had to go along with my other interior looks(composing mainly wood and white colour lacquered).

This is my rough sketch using adobe illustrator (im not good with 3D programs)

My Calcium reactor (locally build here, nicely build and proved by many here), I ordered special custom size for my tank, it's a 20x120cm(height) reactor.

My salt stock - it's not always easy to get synthetic salt here, not to many retailer have it here, and when the did, it's always cost you more than in states/europe. So when they had clearance/sale I always bought few of it.

Forgot to mentioned, I opted for coast to coast overflow, covered with black acrylic, with animal bean style overflow pipe.

That's all for tonight folks, looking forward for any opinions........

Next on sump.................

I decided to built my own sump, the sump dimension at 150x60x45(height)cm. will hold about 300 litres or 80g using 12mm glass.

The way I glued it by using close injection method, it will give a better joint seam and also more professional looks (please forgive for my lack of neatness, as this this my first forray in building glass tank).
