Six years ago my wife and I started with a single 10g, now we have 12 total tanks ranging from 10g to 125g. Our fish room currently is a 125g, two 75g, and two 40g. For two years now we have been dreaming about upgrading to 210g tanks and we finally pulled the trigger a few weeks ago. We are replacing two 75g tanks, two 40g tanks, and a 20g with two 210g tanks. So when finished our fish room will consist of a 125g freshwater planted community tank, a 210g FOWLR saltwater predator tank, and a 210g brackish oyster reef tank. We love pufferfish and we have puffers in all 3 big tanks, Fahaka, Ceylons, Green Spotted, Pea, Stars and Stripes, Porcupine, Narrow-Line, and Burrfish.

We purchased both Aqeuon 210g tanks in November 2021 and have been building and piecing these together ever since, these are most likely the largest tanks we will have at least for the next 5-6 years depending on how big the Stars and Stripes gets.

Earlier last year i drilled and plumbed a 75g we already had on hand as practice for the 210's i knew were coming eventually: 75g build thread

Drilled the first tank successfully. Went with a 32" overflow from Exotic Marine Systems

Also siliconed in the 55g sump kit also from EMS. painted the back of the sump and the 210.

Initial skinning is done, still needs top and bottom trim put on, we figured it would be easier to add the top trim once the tank was in the room. Took four of us, my truck, and two dollies but we got the first one in the fish room, decided we will leak test indoors, didnt want to risk getting any water freezing in the pipes or anywhere in the sump or overflow box if we leak tested in the garage...

Havent updated thread in a while, the hardscape was finished, the tank is up and running and the fish are in. Pretty happy with everything except my Voss DIY dosing containers dont work so i have to buy some Icecaps or something, and i dont want to post a final picture yet as we are waiting to get the carpenter to put the final trim on the stand

havent gotten around to updating thread in a long while, still tinkering with the system a bit here and there, the second one should be up and running this weekend, over a year now getting these two tanks up, how time flies... here is some photos of the mostly final setup. the cable management is pretty bad compared to tanks I've seen on here but i feel like its fairly functional. I'm already in a way wishing we had gone with a custom acrylic sump and likely someday we will go that route. the 55g glass aquarium is working great but it can be difficult to get into it for cleaning etc because it is so tall. we are using Kasa smart bars connected to a GFCI three plug that we also plugged a titanium grounding probe. we went with net top lids for the full shimmer effect from the Kessils and we love it, however our puffers are fatties and get excited and splash water everywhere so i am working on greenhouse plastic covers that will surround the entire edges of the net tops leaving the center exposed for the lights. the net tops are working very well at minimizing any salt creep compared to Aqueon/Marineland glass tops. I didnt think i would have any issues with ventillation but there is a small amount of salt covering everything in the sump which requires wiping everything down with a wet rag, i have a fan that i need to re-position to bring fresh air in from the back to hopefully alleviate this. anyways.
