Drew's Doser Question

I have a question regarding these dosers. I'm looking at a used one that the motor runs but the head roller assembly doesn't turn. Is there a set screw that holds the roller head on the shaft? If not from my description can this unit be repaired and how? Thanks for the help.

Typically there isn't. They're on a nylon shaft. I'd take it apart and place some 3in1 oil or tube lubricant on it lightly. That should get it going bac it did on mine;)

Love these dosers. :) Much better than the crappy plastic 3 roller heads every doser has now. Kills me that it's on every newer doser and they can be bought off ebay for like 7$.. lol
