My ? Is does anyone know how to make a 55gallon drum which had ethylene glycol in it safe for my ducks an chicken to drink

Welcome to reef2Reef. Never had a duck and chicken question in the forum before.

Thorough rinsing with tap water should suffice, in my opinion. Ethylene glycol is very water soluble and should not remain attached to the plastic in substantial quantities.
