Dry Marco rock rinsing

I have 3TDS from the tap. Wondering if I can use tap water to rinse off my aquascape. I have glue and cemented the structure. Do I have to use RODI water?

You can rinse it off with tap water outside of the tank and then let it dry. I'm jealous of 3tds from the tap! I'm around 490 out of the tap. I rinsed my new marco rocks off with that
