Is there a such thing as a dual reactors with each valves that you can turn on/off to skip a canister? For instance one is carbon and the other is GFO. You can turn off gfo by switching the valve off and it will bypass it.

This is something you could definitely diy with a little plumbing. Any reason why you don't want to run two separate pumps?

Not that I know of but there surely is something out there that at least could be repurposed. The issue I see is a reactor can go anaerobic pretty quick and start generating hydrogen sulfide when flow through it is shut off. From a maintenace standpoint the reactor that has been shut off would need to be cleaned and/or turned back on within a day or so to minimize or prevent the anaerobic processes.

FWIW, neither GFO or GAC needs to be run continously and both can be used togetther in one reactor which is a lot simpler IMO
