Something interesting I wanted to note.
Theres no question bounces seem to throw bigger bubbles and color up better in blue spectrum.
But something I've noticed with St Thomas and some Yumas is they seem to puff up and prefer the brighter more full spectrum over the blue.
Og godzilla is really starting to push the bigger bubbles and just overall has the thriving more healthy vibe with more whites and reds. The color is there for sure. I guess if I really want to see it I could play with heavy blue ramp down but I'm pretty content with not stressing and keeping it smooth:D

St Thomas and some yumas maybe want more light because they were from shallower waters?
Tbh i can't think of any other reason.
It would be awesome to find or accumulate something on where specific mushroom species are collected in natural habitat. Ive always just kind of suspected it. Common sense i guess but would be very helpful for reefers to know. Light can totally make or break a shroom fast. Believe me ive found out lol

My main issue is flow so I have to be really careful where I place them to not get blasted. :)

Yeah its been the most difficult thing to dial. I honestly need to set up with a little better deflection from my returns. I started the lagoon with 2 nano wave makers. Was in there messing around and didn't realize I bumped one of them and didn't take long but had about 10 shrooms detach and lost a bunch of babies. Im hoping that the magic carpet booger shows back up as well as I had a nice little green poletti jb baby brewing. Looked like it was going to be green like mama but thats probably what I wanted to see haha. Was hard to really distinguish with her bright green cap messing with my eyeballs.

I sat and watched my interstellar bounce detach and waft off into the scape before I could get to it, might be a colony in the back of the scape somewhere! ;)

I drooled all over that 2nd pic... I know there are threats of throat punches. But if @sp1187 doesn't get it, it might disappear in a shroom heist... just saying...
@LRT Your shrooms are on point. Keep up the good work. New systems are blowing up!

Someone told me to come here. ;)

Reefbreeders light schedule:

1hr of dawn/dusk - 100% on channels 3, 5, 6
8 hrs of full daylight - 100% on channels 3, 5, 6
24% on channels 1, 2, 4

Nothing fancy… hopefully your softies will blind you with beautiful neon colors! :p

Hahaha Awesome man. I almost mentioned that you may or may not drop a schedule in here. Totally insane how some of you guys are running crazy high par on your shrooms.
Thank you for this. Ive been curious how some of you are getting Kelvin to register with these leds. Ive played with spectrum quite a bit but always had to be careful with shrooms under led but haven't been able to get Kelvin to read.
I am going to be playing with full spectrum quite a bit more here. I had bubbles popping on Og godzilla shroom yesterday that never existed prior to yesterday by just throwing more whites and red at it. I feel like I'm def heading in right direction after seeing this schedule and following a couple other reefers running these V2+!

How high is your led mounted over water and are they in shallow water tank?
I have mine mounted 21" over water line and getting 110 par in hottest spots on top rack. Another thing ive noticed is I may actually have to run higher par in this deeper water tank.

I’m no softie expert but this setting has been working well for me so far. I’ll get you par numbers this week so you know what they’re working with. They’re in a lowboy…12” tall… and light is about 14-15” off surface off the water roughly.

Try not to forget a full on top down shot for the fiends:D
Really appreciate it man. I started to play with raising my whites, reds and greens a bit more today. Im a bit early with all the changes lately. Put them in 5 day darkout period during move and been nursing the led up little by little everyday. Going to have to creep into full spectrum for sure.
So far so good though knock on wood. Just yesterday to today I'm seeing tons of improvement and alot of the older shrooms kinda snapping out of the sluggishness ive been seeing:D

Alright man I tried to snap a few good pix. May have gotten a cpl haha.
I'm trying to stock this shroom lagoon with some crazy fish. Lids done and Mystery Wrasse should be coming soon courtesy of @Reefpro
What yall think about a Dr. Suess fish?
I need to do some research on them but because why wouldn't the prize fish of a shroom lagoon be a Dr Seuss fish?
Lol on edit Dr Seuss fish will have to wait until wife divorces me first haha.
Things are really starting to come together if you seen some of these shrooms in old system you can see some of the old monster girls starting to get some life back in them:D

Woah that clownfish need some more pics!
Man I've been trying for few weeks now. Hes super all over the place and doesn't stand still long enough to get a really good one. His markings on his face are pretty cool looks just like a sugar skull tat my buddy has. Need to think of good name for him.
Been calling him skull face killer. Cant put my hand in hand without getting bit several times haha
Hes about 3/4" maybe. They claimed the Kmaintl JB bowl. Hes so small he can tuck up under the rubble and not be seen haha

Finished my lid for tank 1 last night.
Not to bad but did end up with one little wrinkle after I put the top brace on. Probably nothing that ill notice and just make sure the wrinkle is at back of tank. The old tub stand worked awesome. Perfect size and allowed me to nicely stretch the netting over frame and clamp sides of stand with paper binders lol:D
