So I noticed my ducan coral wasn't open at all today. Which is unusually as I have had him for about 1.5 months and he has never been closed like this even for a few moment but I am not concerned yet because from what I read its not unusual for them to lose up from time to time.

What I did notice and i am concerned about is that he has a slip/crack in the base of one of his stems. At first I thought he might be slitting because I can see what looks like a small yellow spot inside (I tried but couldn't get a picture of it) but after doing some research it doesn't appear this is the case.

There not the best photos but the best I could do. Thoughts?
