Advice for improperly fragged duncan coral mounting

I need some advice regarding my duncan. I got it from my lfs a few months ago but here's the catch, he fragged it off of his large colony presumably the same day he brought it to me. So the entire thing is live skeleton and detached from the frag plug I glued it to. (lfs did NOT glue it or anything, it was just free floating in the bag). Over the time I've had it, it has grown like 6-8 more heads and has been doing quite well, by just sitting precariously on the rock work. Somehow the entire thing is still live and completely rounded the cut part over. Not like dissolved or anything, no it grew new skeleton and flesh over the cut portion.

How on earth do I mount it securely? It keeps falling off the rocks which I know is not good for it but like I said, It just slimed off the glue or something. I can take a picture if need be but how do I mount this thing somewhere?

I had the same issue. Picked it up with a large aquarium tweezers and glued it on a frag, and it now has several heads.

I like superglue putty superglue sandwich to glue coral to rocks. I use superglue gel and JB water weld for the putty. I find it helps to scrub the rock with a brush and blow off first. I also find putting a thin layer of super glue on the rock first works well. I do it all under water unless its a rock I can pull easily.
