Lobo tissue appears to be recessing

Over the past few weeks, my lobo seems to be steadily deflating. I've had it since December, and it's always been going strong. It's been in the same spot, with relatively weaker flow and PAR about 125-150.

I didn't get a picture of it yesterday, but it was looking noticeably leaner compared to the earlier pictures. And while it's not obvious due to the annoyance that is my camera - the bumps and nodules on the earlier pictures were fleshy, but the bumps and ridges in the most recent picture looked like they might have been skeleton poking through. The white patch, though, is not skeleton - the flesh lost color there after a bumped it a couple days ago.

What can I do to help reverse this trend and get this thing looking fluffy and happy again?

In general I haven't changed anything about how this coral gets treated, but one thing to note is that because of where it is, it has been knocked off its mount a few times and has to be re-glued. It's always been returned to approximately the same spot (within an inch or two) but angle and exact placement has varied.

I don't currently feed it directly, but it is in the path of food when the pumps are on.

What are water chemistry values and daily fluxes?
Maybe starved (not maybe from your feeding) so check nitrate and phosphate values first.

N and P feeds those things which in part, feed our corals.
Is there a full tank shot?

Nitrate is about 7 ppm, but that's entirely from dosing NeoNitro - if I weren't dosing that daily, it would probably fall to 0 in a couple of days. Phosphate is 0.19 ppm.
