I have a green base with tealish purple tentacles that looks like this one

and i absolutely love this guy, great movement and grows ridiculously fast. I found a vendor that offers different color variations like whitish blue base with green tentacles and blackish blue with green tentacles. I would love to expand my duncan collection, but after doing some research i hear that there is only one color of duncan and they will change depending on flow and placement in your tank.

Before i pull the trigger and try these others i would like some of you lps lovers input on whether or not there is in fact different variety of duncan. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Mine look similar but the base is teal colored. Lights are all off but I'll get some pics later.

LC i would consider a good vendor however i fear that any variations to this coral, are done with lighting.
