Doesn't look that uncommon to me.

This is about normal. The one with the wide mouth likely hungry. Feed them Mysis shrimp 2-2x a week. Here are mine:

Moderate light, not too bright and what are you feeding it?

Just for reference here is mine:

sitting next to SPS corals in a path of VorTech MP40.

I feed corals sparingly, I try to depend on fish poop. So I do feed the fish 3-4 times a day.

Just out of curiosity how are your water parameters? Salinity, Alk, NO3 and PO4? How old is the tank?
Duncan’s corals are not demanding, but from my experience for them to shine you do need ideal water parameters.

Good luck,

They often do that either when expelling waste or when the lights are about to turn off as they are "deflating", nothing abnormal

This coral for me sulks easily.
A minor light change, any move, any touch, a fish to close.
Super resilient, but sensitive.
I dont feed mine directly.
Let it sulk without change.
