Dying Anemone… PLEASE HELP

My anemone has been in my tank for like 5 weeks.. he was doing really good, but now I’m afraid he’s on his last leg. I fed him, and kept water parameters good.. any way to help him bounce back, or is he a goner?

Don’t feed him. Sick anemone gets sicker with food.
BTA are resilient and often will recover.

How old is your tank? Is there any coralline growing? It's usually an indicator that your tank is stable with good parameters (that an anemone such as your BTA needs to survive).
