Can anyone tell me what this is and how can I save it?

That looks to be a torch, a member of the euphyllia genus, they need moderate lighting, moderate random flow and detectable nutrients in the water (nitrate, phospate) as well as stabile tank parameters. How long have you had that, how long has it been looking bad? Anything change recently?

Had it for 4months and it just started happening an hour ago

post up some white light pics when you can so we can get a better idea of what the flesh bands are looking like and how bad that sad head really is, but from the one you already posted, it looks like that has been receded long enough that the exposed skeleton has already got some algae growth, indicating that it has been at least a few days. Anything changed in your tank in the last little while? any parameter swings? flow or lighting change? you have detectable nutrient levels in the water?

No changes. all the number are stable. I rechecked 2 times today

No changes. all the number are stable. I rechecked 2 times today

stable numbers, we all want to see what they are though.... Lots of range in "stable".

I have one hammer and two torches with one or more dead heads. The preverbial **** happens sometimes. Totally sucks. The other head looks healthy and amazing.

Seeing the video,

1) get it out of the sandbed, it's irritating it. I can see sand stuck to it. NG.

2) random gentle flow is what it needs. Watch the head sway gently back and forth.

3) what's your magnesium level? 1350 plus is the target.

The sand is because I dropped it when I was taking it out.

Magnesium is about 1400

I'd back track your steps if it happened an hour ago.
Try to remember what you did 24 hrs before and SLOWLY try to undo it or move that torch into a diff tank.

Also, just an fyi when posting and asking advises on your issues. Posting your tank history and water parameters, helps a lot.
e.g. water parameters, tank age, dosing? recent changes? history of fish/corals, and tank setup.
