Dying nem? Or just irritated?

Looked perfectly fine this morning. I even fed it some pc mysis. Now this. Second pic is on Friday

I did a WC on Friday. 15%. I read that can cause deflation. ?

Lots of things can. Nems are weird . Should be fine.

Looks healthy to me. They do water changes and shrink up to poop too

I think it pooped. Lol. I learn something everyday. Most days I learn 2 things. He’s already getting back to normal
