Hey everyone,
I am new on R2R but have been in the saltwater hobby for years now. I currently am having trouble with my Zoanthids in my 125g mixed reef tank.
I picked up a few frags at RAP New York a few months ago. Everything was doing great in my tank. My Utters have about 7 new heads already. My Sakura Sunrises doubled their heads and almost everything else grew a new head or two. Everything was happy. Then about a month ago Some unnamed Zoas I picked up melted in the matter of two days. This frag however did not grow so I didnt think much of it. I had a frag of Darth Mauls in my tank before RAP and it was thriving. Grew many new heads while in my tank. Half of that colony melted away. Now my Fire and Ice Zoas are all closed up and seem to be doing horrible. Just yesterday I noticed my Hallie Berries are closing up which have grown 3 new heads since purchasing them at RAP.
I have not noticed any pests on them so far. And honestly, I have no other idea what it can be. Any answers will be greatly appreciated!
