Hi everyone
Just joined after months of reading Randys posts and looking forward to getting involved.

I run a Red Sea reefer 425 as a mixed reef, it’s been running since 2018 which is the same amount of time I’ve been reefing for.

Here’s a few pics, it’s a heavy Zoas, LPS and SPS tank.

Not to sure what to write here. Love nba, playing ball, fishing and anything that involves eating or drinking so any order of all of that and I’m good.
I’m a top down reefer, avoids the carnage of all my frag racks…

I don’t have a tank thread but here’s the rough jist of the last 4+ years…

Early addiction/ less happy misses
debt
Ich
Less debt
ich again
Every pest under the sun… Eunice, zoa spiders etc etc
Zoa over dose
80% rescape
Sand out
Happy balance
Next phase - diy mixes to save £££

Welcome! Glad you joined.

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)

This might help you find people local to you as UK seems to have very active hobbyists:

This is a good reference book type online article I still review:
