Are there any early warning signs a Clam will display if it's not getting enough light?

What kind of clam? Usually they will open as far as they possibly can to get as much light as possible if it's being under lit.

Radion Gen3. Clam is 22" directly under the light. 6hrs of 50% max intensity. I'm still acclimating. V/DB/B/I are 100%, W/R/G/ are 25%
