Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays my reefer friends! I had to make a post about the phenomenal customer service from Eastern Aquatics. I placed an order two days before Christmas. I received a response from Craig today, on Christmas, explaining that UPS was not guaranteeing next day delivery until after January 1st! He gave me the option of him shipping on 12/26 with no guarantee of delivery next day or waiting until after the first of the year. I'd say that's stand up customer service. That's why they will be my go to folks for fish foods going forward! Kudos to Craig and Eastern Aquatics! :)
