"Easy" pipe organ seems temperamental

We have about a dozen stony corals, and three softies - a hairy mushroom, a zoa, and a pipe organ. All of the stony corals are doing well, but the pipe organ has been driving me nuts.

I've tried medium lighting and medium flow, I've tried high lighting low flow, I've tried low lighting high flow. No matter what, it never seems happy, and it never seems be unhappy in a way that clearly indicates a problem. Some days the arms on the polyps get wilty, some days polyps wont open at all, some days it stretches way out, and I dont know if that means its happy, or if it is reaching towards the light.

Where do you guys put your pipe organ, and what does a healthy pipe organ look like?
