EB4 - What am I looking at here?

I have an EB4 connected to my Apex but currently nothing plugged into it. Yet even with nothing plugged into it I keep getting these little blips showing from it:

They don't occur at a regular time interval and aren't always the same size. Malfunction of some sort? Noise in the line? Perfectly normal?

Probably noise, interference or some such. I suspect it’s perfectly normal (I’ll see the occasional variance or blips on my EB32s).
