EB832 Energy Bar just stoped working

Really depends on what's wrong with it. In most cases it can be repaired.

Okay opened it up front lights don't work relays make all the noises then you have the two power lights that are on inside and there's a brown mark underneath the plastic but there's no burnt circuits or anything and all the capacitors look good no expanding or popping out

I see the red light on the 12v PSU. That's a good sign as it must be working. The brown mark is because of the buck converter overloading and overheating. If it still connects to the head unit, try running a firmware upgrade on it. Sometimes, the issue is in the software and can be cleared out that way.
