I don't see how she could be unless she is somehow living in both PA and FL at the same time. It looks like Alti's reef is based in PA and this seller is from Florida.

I'm glad that someone pointed it out to you! You are one of our longest standing supporters here at R2R so it particularly upsets me to see this happen to you. Hopefully EBay will ban her after this.

Can I just go off topic for a second and say, the corals you have on your site are wow! Those GPE's are unreal!

We've always felt a bit self conscious with our pics. We only use 10k bulbs without any actinic supplimentation and its very hard to show how nice the corals really are.
The GPE's came in as a hitch hiker and we only release a few of them every couple months.
Alti, I would do a screen shot, print the auction, and then send a registered letter via your attorney. Copyright infringement is a CRIME and she is THIEF... I would prosecute to the fullest extent possible.

She emailed me back and apologized for using the pic. The pic has been changed already. She said it was found on Google. There's a new pic on there now so maybe everyone should get a look at it and see it the new one is theirs :)
Normally I wouldnt care so much if someone used my pics. Only reason it really bothered me is that I am using the same image on some of my Ebay listings. No one is going to order from either of us if they see the same pic from 2 different sellers.

What I don't get is that she uses pictures that are about HER ULTRA RARE zoa's. How on earth do HER zoa's end up in anybody elses pictures. She is a fraud and should be banned from there.
I wouldn't be surprised if she is a member here. If you pass her email to the MOD's, they can check the member base quickly.

I doubt the current pics are hers either. She mentioned in an earlier auction that her camera sucks or her camera skills are bad and the current picture is clearly a good one.

You don't... or have to trust that what she is posting is really what you'll be getting. Too bad there is no way of leaving a public note about the seller for everybody to see.
