Any idea. I think the eshopps has two that are loose and that you can use mine only us one loose.
Can you take a picture? Lay everything out you have. Disassemble and that may help

I’m running water right know but I’ll explain. One gasket is in that black box shown in the picture. On the nut. I can’t remove it. The other gasket is between the internal box and the glass.

The gaskets that come with the kit are horrible, and have given me troube each time I've installed one. Get replacement gaskets from brs or something. Totally worth the 5 maybe 15 bucks.

I will go to Home Depot and get one more gasket to put between the outside box and the glass. Should I?

Yes. I think your kit was shorted. You should have two free gaskets

Leak fixed. Gaskets on wrong as per Eshopps instructions so dont listen to them. Needs to go weir box, gasket, glass, gasket, external box, bulkhead nut.
I’m crying because I read your recommendation before install mine. But still decided to go with the instructions. Then found tiny leak after a few days… I then drained to below the drill hole, put the gasket as the contact between outside overflow and glass, never leak again!!

I can vouch for the above suggestions. The configuration in the manual is incorrect. After moving the outside box gasket from the inside of the box to the outside along the glass, there is no more leaking.
