Ecosmartlive android inoperable???

Well my app worked for the first half dozen uses and now it's like it's not communicating. .... just wondering if anyone else has run into this and what they might have found that can solve the problem. I have already deleted and reloaded the app and manually reset the lighting. .. Any help or advice is appreciated. P.s. I sent an email to Ecotech but obviously they are not in the office at midnight on a Friday.

Delete the App and redownload it.
