So today I called ecotech and told them that the plastic on the wetside that seals the metal rod on the wet side keeps corroding and causing rust to form making the wetside rumble and make loud noises. I told them that I clean them well and use a quick citric acid bath to help clean them. He told me that citric acid is what’s causing them to break and corrode. This happened multiple times before I cleaned Them in citric acid. I feel they were quick to point the blame on me. Then to figure out what’s really going on because the is my 6th wetside to fail!!!
