If only @ecotechmarine stood by their programs. Very disappointed in the way they have decided to treat the hobbyists who have supported them for years. No communication, no support, no compassion.
After years of earning rewards points, they have canceled the program and decided not to issue any credits or rewards. Great lights, high prices and zero support for the end users.

There was communication. There was a post clearly stating that it was ending and on what date. Also encouraged members to use their points. The forum had very low activity and most members only stopped by to get their daily points and those only who didn't automate it.

I agree, it was not the same as conception but unless you only recently stopped by to see the 403 error, there was communication. Even posts by members sharing their thoughts on it.

I've read they are a hollow shell of the company they used to be after being joined ( sold to?) by Aperture Pet & Life.
