I have never had a problem. I always call and usually get through right away. They always address my issue professionally and promptly.

I submitted an RMA on 1/18 and have yet to get a response lol

Their customer service went down the drains. I had an issue with a Vortech but had to repeatedly tell the rep that I'm not having an issue with a vectra (they kept mixing up Vortech for Vectra). And then wanted me to be without a pump for a month for them to tell me something I already knew.
