Ecotech Marine Versa reset button

Agreed. One of my versa's on base station won't connect to mobius. I tried hitting the button above it three times and holding the button down on the last press. Nothing happens. Want to reset the whole pass station which is mounted. Where the heck is the red reset button ecotech refers to?

bump. . . . I am on my third base station. Every one out of the box has had one or more station not working or powering the pump. Echotech has sent me 2 replacements and so far. I am pretty discouraged at this point, as I was super excited for this setup on my new tank. I am going to call them again and see if they can trouble shoot with me. I find it hard to believe that 3 out of 3 base stations were faulty. If so, I would like them to test one before they send it to me.

You ever find a solution or a reset button? I just got my first base station and one of the four doesn’t power up and connect for me as well. Confirmed it’s not one of the pumps by switching locations. I did notice the light for this pump location is blinking yellow and white but can’t find anything to tell me what this is or how to fix it.

They finally sent me one that works. I requested they test it before they ship it. Shipped pretty quick every time. Customer service was very good.

Same thing is happening to me. 1st one position 1 would not power, they sent a replacment base station, all 4 were powering pumps, when I added the devices to mobius and it updated firmware, the 3rd of 4 locations stopped working, so have another ticket into Ecotech now. Waiting for a reply.
Either the firmware update broke things or because of the power cycle thats part of the firmware update blew a fuse or something.
Very frustrating for such an expensive piece of kit.
As for the instructions for resetting. They are horrible. The only button is the 4 buttons on the top of each pump, and I would not call them a “reset button”.
The instructions say to tap the button twice and then hold down on 3rd tap for 10 seconds and it’s supposed to do some kind of reset. Well this doesn’t work.these buttons are not the type that you can tap. Yiu can quickly press them but holding for 10 seconds on third press does nothing.
I’ve tried the reset process on one of the working ports and it doesn’t reset, on the 3rd press and hold, the pump will spin and spin as if it were priming, but no reset.
They definitely need to go back to the drawing board on the base station. At the very least make clearer instructions and build in some sort of firmware rollback option or force reset from the app.
