Ecotech Mobius Tutorial Resources?

Hey Guys,

Can somebody point me to some tutorials on how to use the app with Vortechs in mind?

I can't find any comprehensive resources on Ecotech's site with regards to Mobius.

So far, I am finding this app completely counterintuitive via just playing around with it. This app makes Kessil's app look brilliant and that's saying something.

No issues per say. I am just not finding any in depth instructions on how to actually use the app via Ecotech's website; other than initial setup and firmware upgrade both which are on "autopilot" anyways.

I think you're definitely shining a light onto a weak point. A complaint that I've expressed in the past too about how they don't offer user manuals anymore.

The alternative is for us to fumble through their app to find out how to operate it.

I've made templates before but for the life of me, can't remember how to do so nor can I point to any guidance to do so.

I know the answer you're looking for isn't to figure it out yourself. But that's the way most do it.

You do have the option to call them. Although, I've never done that so I can't attest to how successful that would be.

Heck, I'd be happy with a publication that covers over-arching concepts. Like you said, I am having to piece meal things together in order to figure things out. Or at least try to.
