I have to say Ecotech provides some of the best customer service!
I had an MP40 that was only a couple of months old and it only took a call to them on a problem and they sent out a new wet side unit, which resolved my problem.
Just within the last few days, I had another MP40 that was about two years old start blinking red/green. I called and discussed and they said it was likely the dry side and they would overnight a replacement.
Ecotech provides great service. They know we pay premium for their equipment and want to do us right was their explanation.
Ecotech is top of my list.
