Eel compatibility

[Fin-up reefing]

I have a black ribbon eel and he’s about 2 ft.. can I add a barred moray eel that’s smaller or no?

I think they will be okay as long as there's enough space for both of them and enough hiding spots as well, if they're crammed in the same hole or cave they are not going to be very happy long term.

I personally wouldn't unless the tank is 250+. Adding a second, non Rhino., eel may send the Ribbon off frozen.
