Eel fish with white spots

Hi, my eel fish first has one white spot but after about 2m, spots are three. I dont know what are they. Please help me.
The quality of water is fine.
I use general tonic now.

I believe this is a tire track and the spot appears to be an injury which may be susceptible to bacterial issue. Adding ruby rally pro or maracyn two will keep it from infection and aid in healing. Other could be bite mark- What other fish are in the tank with it?

That’s no engineer goby. It has dorsal spines. I have no idea what it is. @ISpeakForTheSeas is that a snakeshead??
Keeping in mind that the white spot on the left is not an eye and that freshwater (which I'm pretty confident this tank is) isn't a strong point of mine yet, I believe that's a Tire Track/Zig Zag/Marble/Spiny Eel (which, much like the Electric Eel, isn't actually an eel at all) - Mastacembelus favus.

Just went to a lerger screen than phone and duh- the presence of aquarium gravel and is a tire track eel
